Came in with a frozen shoulder - pain would flare up when turning or lifting my head. I have a desk job, and I go to the gym, but not regularly. Over the course of an hour we worked on the neck, shoulder girdle, arms, back, and lower back. The result: after the very first session my mobility came back, and the pain gradually faded. Everything was tidy, clean, and effective comfortable table (I'm average height and weight), slippers, fresh towels and sheets. Highly recommend. I'm thinking of making this a regular thing - now I can see the point of it.
